Having been to The Garlic in NSB a number of times, we were excited to try The Garlic in Killington, before we found out they were two different owners. Anyhow, we went in with an expectation and it was certainly met. The ambiance was great, rustic with an old Italian feel. The sangria was delicious, the bread and roasted garlic was amazing, as we expected and wanted. We had the harlots cheese as an appetizer, fried mozzerella in a puttanesca sauce, yummy. The cheese had a nice crisp to it and the sauce was very flavorful. We both opted for the chicken parm which was very good. The chicken was tender with a crisp coating, the sauce was flavorful with lots of chunks of tomato, we both had enough for at least one more meal each. Although Killington didn't offer a Bocce Ball we did get a side of meatballs. They weren't equal to the Bocce Ball in NSB but they were yummy. The service was good, waitress Emma was friendly and attentive, would definitely go back.

Came here the night before a big race! Definitely worth the wait. Great service, delicious food, and a warm and cozy environment to enjoy the food in!

This place is the cutest. Love all the garlic decor and ambiance. The bread with the roasted garlic is incredible. I had the scallops. They had a slight kick and tasted fresh. My mom had the spaghetti, which she really enjoyed. Great service too

This place was amazing. They have a sister restaurant in Florida in New Smyrna Beach which is equally amazing. Staff was awesome and the garlic soup is must to try. Get there early because they fill up quick. Will be back next year and this will be the first dinner stop when we come back.

Love "The Garlic" for its dark moody ambience. It's a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. We had a great dining experience on a Tuesday night - entrees such as grilled lamb, Chicken Florentine, and the Penne a la Vodka were all delicious and on-point. The special house red wine - an Italian - was outstanding! The service was a bit on the casual side, but still professional. We decided to return the following evening for dinner, but unfortunately Garlic's encore performance didn't hit the right notes. The service was lackadaisical, and some of the food came out cold and/or undercooked. We'll likely give The Garlic another try for our 2025 Vermont vacation.

Great service, awesome food, and unique interior design! Very good food here; pasta is paired with elevated flavors. Definitely check this place out if you like pasta, garlic, and Italian!
